エレメンタルフォース（以下「本アプリ」）は、potty（以下「開発者」）が提供するiOSアプリです。本ポリシーは、本アプリのご利用にあたって、開発者がどのような情報を取り扱うかを説明します。

1. 収集する情報

本アプリは、以下の情報を取り扱います。

ユーザーが入力する情報

ウォレットアドレス（例：0x…）

このアドレスは、保有NFTの情報を取得する目的のみに使用します。アドレスは端末内にのみ保存され、開発者のサーバーには送信されません。

Alchemy API を通じて取得する情報

入力されたウォレットアドレスに紐づくNFTのメタデータ（名称・属性等）

この通信はAlchemy（Alchemy Insights Inc.）のAPIサービスを経由します。 Alchemyのプライバシーポリシーはこちらをご参照ください。

2. 収集しない情報

本アプリは以下の情報を収集・送信しません。

氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号等の個人識別情報
位置情報
クラッシュログ・使用状況の分析データ（Analyticsなし）
広告識別子（IDFAなし）
ウォレットの秘密鍵・シードフレーズ

3. データの保存場所

ゲームの進行データ（ガチャ結果・バトル記録・NFT選択等）は、すべてお使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。開発者のサーバーやクラウドへの送信は行いません。

4. 第三者提供

開発者は、ユーザーの情報を第三者に販売・提供・共有しません。ただし、NFTデータの取得にAlchemy APIを使用するため、入力されたウォレットアドレスはAlchemyのAPIサーバーに送信されます。

5. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満の方を対象とするサービスではありません。 13歳未満の方の個人情報を意図して収集することはありません。

6. ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは予告なく変更される場合があります。変更後のポリシーは本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

Elemental Force (the “App”) is developed and provided by potty (the “Developer”). This policy describes how the Developer handles information in connection with your use of the App.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

Wallet address (e.g., 0x…)

Your wallet address is used solely to retrieve NFT metadata associated with it. It is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to the Developer’s servers.

Information retrieved via Alchemy API

NFT metadata (name, attributes, etc.) linked to the wallet address you enter

This request is routed through Alchemy (Alchemy Insights Inc.). Please refer to Alchemy’s Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

The App does not collect, transmit, or store:

Personal identifiers (name, email, phone number, etc.)
Location data
Analytics or crash data
Advertising identifiers (no IDFA)
Wallet private keys or seed phrases

3. Data Storage

All game progress data (gacha results, battle records, NFT selections, etc.) is stored locally on your device only. No data is sent to the Developer’s servers or cloud services.

4. Third-Party Services

The Developer does not sell, share, or disclose user information to third parties. However, the wallet address you enter is transmitted to Alchemy’s API servers solely for the purpose of fetching NFT data.

5. Children’s Privacy

This App is not directed to children under the age of 13. The Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

6. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time without prior notice. Changes take effect upon posting to this page.
